You will have a good standard of education which includes GCSE C or higher in English and Maths, Previous machine operation experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates will need to have a keen eye for detail and due to the nature of the position, not suffer from colour blindness. As a member of their workforce you will need to multi-skilled and this will include site labouring, manual lifting and paperwork completion.
